CHEESE Our cheese collections are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For quality reasons, we only ship Monday through Wednesday (excluding bank and public holidays).
Orders placed by Monday should arrive Wednesday or Thursday
Orders placed Tuesday should arrive Thursday or Friday
Orders placed Wednesday before 2 pm should arrive Friday or Saturday
Orders placed after 2 pm Wednesday – Sunday should arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
ICE CREAM AND EGGNOG***
Our ice cream and eggnog are shipped via FedEx Overnight. For quality reasons, we only ship Monday through Wednesday (excluding bank and public holidays).

Ice Cream is shipped with DRY ICE. For your safety, do not handle dry ice with your bare hands. Remove dry ice bag wearing thick mitts. Place shipping box with dry ice in a well-ventilated area out of the reach of children and pets. The dry ice will sublimate from a solid to a gas. DO NOT PUT DRY ICE ON A COUNTERTOP, IN YOUR FREEZER, DOWN THE SINK OR IN THE GARBAGE.
It is the buyer's responsibility to let the gift recipient know to expect a perishable package being delivered and make sure that someone will be home on the day of delivery. FedEx will not leave a package containing dry ice at the door if there is no one to receive it. USPS does not require a signature and they will leave the package if no one is at home and feel that it is safe to do so.
We are not responsible for damaged or spoiled product if the buyer gives an incorrect delivery address, the shipment goes unopened or recipient is unable to receive shipment/out of town.
There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any orders once it has shipped.
The buyer will be emailed a tracking number once the package is sent.
Packages can only be shipped within the United States of America.
